“I’ll start dieting/running/kicking this disgusting habit from today, this minute, right now.”

Five minutes later you’ll find me doing exactly what I said I would not. I am also one of a countless number of people that repeat this day after day yet ultimatley do nothing. In my case the first time was three years ago and still i’ve done nothing to attempt to change the elements of my body and personality that I am not happy with, but so badly want to.The cynics amongst my non-existent blog audience would yell..

“But what’s different this time? Surely you’ll just repeat the process, like all the other times you’ve quietly proclaimed to yourself that things will change and subsequently failed.”

Quite honestly, I don’t know what’s different this time. I just innocently/naively believe that by tracking my progress in writing, I will be more focussed in reaching my targets.
